The A Custom Gospel Pack is a set of A Custom cymbals chosen for gospel music: 14" Mastersound hi-hats, a 17" Fast Crash, an 18" EFX and a 21" 20th Anniversary Ride. It meets a specific church need: cymbals bright and cutting enough to be heard over a choir and an organ, without turning harsh.

What sets it apart
  • An A Custom selection Zildjian put together for gospel
  • Mastersound hi-hats with a clean, full chick
  • An EFX effects crash, rare in a set
  • 20th Anniversary ride with a cream-white logo

What the set includes
  • A Custom Mastersound 14" hi-hats: full sound, hammered bottom for a fast chick
  • A Custom Fast Crash 17", thin: bright, airy, very short decay
  • A Custom EFX 18": laser-cut openings, a dry and explosive accent
  • A Custom 20th Anniversary Ride 21", medium thin: special edition with a cream-white logo, same A Custom design

Built for strong voices

In a church, the drums share the room with powerful voices, an organ, often a bass and keys. Zildjian put this set together so the cymbals stay audible: brightness to cut through, sweetness so as not to hurt the ear. The Fast Crash answers the quick accents typical of gospel, and the EFX adds an effect for builds and breaks.
