Vox amPlug 3 Boutique Headphone Guitar Amp
The Vox amPlug 3 Boutique is a headphone guitar amp that captures the sound of a celebrated boutique amp: full cleans and a luminous overdrive. It's made for the player who loves dynamic nuance and wants to practise silently without losing that character.
What sets it apart
- Big, generous clean tone on channel 1
- Bright, silky overdrive on channel 2
- Stereo chorus, delay and reverb
- Nine rhythms, including three pop patterns
- Swivelling plug, 40 g without batteries
- Mono recording to your phone through the AUX jack
Who it's for
Vox calls it a traditional boutique amp sound. Channel 1 delivers a clean tone bursting with fullness, ideal for arpeggios and rich chords. Channel 2 moves to a bright, silky overdrive that responds well when you roll back your guitar's volume.
Three effects, nine rhythms
Stereo chorus, delay and reverb are picked with the FX/RHYTHM lever, which also sets depth or mix. To keep time, the rhythm program includes rock, blues, three pop variations, jazz, funk, metal and a metronome.
A track from your phone plugged into the AUX jack blends with your guitar in the headphones.
