If its receiver takes 1/2 in, yes. It is the most common diameter on the brand's boom stands.

Are the seat and felts included?

The tilter is at the end of the boom arm. Plan to check the condition of your felts and wing nut, which are separate wear parts.

Can I use it with an eye bolt clamp?

Yes. Those clamps are made to take an existing arm, rod or tube: the boom arm passes through the eye and locks at the depth you want. A memory lock, bought separately, holds that depth from one setup to the next.

Is eighteen inches a standard length?
