Not everything needs to be adjustable
A well-designed rack mixes two kinds of mounts. A few adjustable clamps where the angle really matters, and plenty of simple clamps everywhere else. Trying to make everything adjustable costs a lot, adds weight to the rack and multiplies the clamps to check.
