PreSonus Eris Pro 8 8" Coaxial Studio Monitor
The PreSonus Eris Pro 8 is an 8-inch active coaxial studio monitor, sold individually, for rooms where you listen from a bit farther away and a bit louder. Its larger woofer gives 2 dB more headroom than the Eris Pro 6, with the same precise image from a single sound source.

Coaxial in a larger format
An 8-inch woofer moves more air: the same music comes out with less strain, and there's comfortable headroom when a client asks for "a bit louder" at the end of a session. The tweeter mounted on the woofer's axis keeps phase aligned, so the image stays sharp even at a distance.
The rated response runs from 35 Hz to 20 kHz, and the two ways cross over at 3.1 kHz.
For a well-planned mix room
PreSonus provides for wall and ceiling mounting, which makes it a good candidate for an immersive setup. The low cut (80 or 100 Hz) prepares for a subwoofer such as the Eris Pro Sub 10, and the Acoustic Space control tames the bass near a wall.
Each speaker is 32.6 cm tall, 27 cm wide and 30.1 cm deep: plan on solid stands or mounts.
