Gator GBE-EXTREME-1 Economy Gig Bag for Extreme-Shaped Guitars
The GBE-EXTREME-1 is an economy gig bag for radically shaped electric guitars such as the Gibson Flying V, the Explorer or the Dean ML. These instruments won't close in a regular electric gig bag; this one widens to 18.5" at the lower body.
What sets it apart
- Cut for the Flying V, Explorer, Dean ML and Warlock
- Water-resistant 600-denier nylon
- Dense 10 mm foam
- Built-in backpack straps
A bag that follows the points
A Flying V or a Warlock often means buying an expensive hard case. Gator drew a light 1.8 lb bag instead, 47.5" long inside, with a 25" body and 4" of depth. Gator also names Jackson and BC Rich among the shapes it's meant for. A large front pocket holds strings and picks, and a heavy-duty nylon handle completes the straps.

- Yes, the backpack straps are built in.
