- Is it heavier than a regular 5B?
- The grip is identical, but the shorter taper leaves more wood toward the front. The stick therefore weighs more where it counts: at the tip.
- Is it tiring over a long gig?
- More than a 5A, inevitably. In return, you get the same volume with a smaller motion, which partly makes up for it.
- Does the round tip wear out quickly?
