Zildjian 2B Hickory Drumsticks, Oval Tip
The Zildjian 2B is a pair of hickory drumsticks with a large grip and a slightly oval bead. Zildjian calls it an excellent all-around stick: 0.625" in diameter, 16" long, with a short taper that keeps material all the way to the tip.
What sets it apart
- Large 0.625" grip
- Short taper, slightly oval bead
- All-around stick
A large grip, a short taper
A thicker stick fills the hand better and moves more wood with every stroke. The 2B is the biggest of Zildjian's classic sizes, ahead of the 5B and the 5A. Its short taper keeps the shaft thick along most of its length before reaching the slightly oval bead.
