Zildjian 5A DIP Hickory Drumsticks with Black Grip Coating
The Zildjian 5A DIP is Zildjian's most popular 5A with a black DIP coating on the grip area. That comfortable, slightly tacky surface holds the stick in place, so you can relax your hand instead of clenching it.
What sets it apart
- Black DIP coating on the grip
- More relaxed hand, more secure hold
- Full-size oval tip
What DIP is
DIP is a coating Zildjian developed with percussionist Marc Quinones after extensive research. It's applied to the part of the stick the hand holds. It's also found on artist models, including those of Trilok Gurtu and Marc Quinones himself.
