Zildjian 7A Nylon Anti-Vibe Hickory Drumsticks, Round Nylon Tip
The Zildjian 7A Nylon Anti-Vibe brings three choices together in one pair: the slim 7A profile, a small round nylon tip with a brighter, focused sound, and the Anti-Vibe device that absorbs vibration. A stick designed for long practice sessions and electronic kits.
What sets it apart
- Profile a little thinner than the 5A
- Round nylon tip, bright and focused sound
- Patented anti-vibration device
Three settings to spare your hands
A smaller diameter means less mass to move. The Anti-Vibe device, housed in the butt end, reduces what travels up into the wrist on every impact. And the small round nylon tip keeps a crisp attack even when you play softly. Zildjian recommends it for long sessions and electronic kits.

Frequently asked questions
- Are nylon tip drumsticks better for electronic drums?
- Zildjian mainly recommends its Anti-Vibe series for electronic kits, because of pad vibration. This one combines Anti-Vibe with a nylon tip.
- Where is the Anti-Vibe device?
- In the butt end of the stick. That's why it keeps the look and lacquer finish of an ordinary stick.
- Anti-Vibe in 5A or 7A?
- The 5A Anti-Vibe is 16" and 0.560" with an oval wood tip; this 7A, 15.5" and 0.520" with a round nylon tip, for a lighter touch.
