Zildjian Josh Dun Trench Artist Series Yellow Hickory Drumsticks, Oval Tip
The Zildjian Josh Dun Trench is an edition of Josh Dun's signature stick released for Twenty One Pilots' "Trench" album and "Bandito" tour. Same beefed-up, longer 5A profile as the original model, but with bright yellow paint and a dark green logo.
What sets it apart
- Bright yellow, dark green logo
- 16.5" Josh Dun profile
- Oval tip for drums and cymbals
What the oval tip does
The shape of the tip decides how much surface meets the head or the cymbal. On this model, Zildjian picks an oval tip, whose contact area gives punchy drums and bright cymbals. The rest follows Josh Dun's recipe: a 5A shaft thickened to 0.585", stretched to 16.5", and a medium taper that keeps things balanced.
